The last 12 months has involved a TON of  unexpected but wonderful opportunities. Freelance Magazine work, a submission that Kathy Divine requested from me for her new anticipated book “Plant Powered Woman”, stage time at the Royal Exhibition Buildings at the GO festival, some wonderful volunteer causes, a number of other unexpected projects and last but not least…  precious time with my son.

This has all kept me fabulously busy and my ebook progress slowed right down, but in the background  ……. every chance I get, a new recipe is being tested, put under a microscope by my recipe testers, edited and photographed.

 I am slowly but surely seeing my book “Green Gluttony” come together.
